Changeover Day is Saturday. Arrival from 4pm, departure by 10am

Payment - a 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

What’s Included? Bed linen and indoor towels. Please bring your own pool towels. Electricity is included but we do reserve the right to charge for excessive usage (above £50 per week).

We can arrange for logs to be provided for wood burners or open fires which you can pay for locally.

We expect the houses to be left in clean condition although they will be cleaned before your arrival.

Pool - the pool will be heated from April until end October.

No smoking is allowed in the houses – a bucket of sand is provided on each terrace.

Local Help: Our local manager will meet you on or soon after arrival. He will be able to answer any questions you may have and will deal with any problems or emergencies during your stay. You will see him around on occasions as he looks after the garden and the pool.
